Regarding special exam

Good day.

I am writing to express my concern regarding an unfortunate incident that occurred last Tuesday at the Centurion coffee shop on campus. Prior to sitting for my examination, I suddenly collapsed and was unable to take the exam. An ambulance was promptly summoned, and I received medical attention.

Subsequently, I was informed that I would be required to write a supplementary examination. However, I am perplexed by this decision since I did not technically fail the exam, as I was unable to take it due to unforeseen medical circumstances.

Furthermore, I have requested a notebook to document my experience and concerns, but my inquiries have been met with silence.

What's more disturbing is that the incident occurred within the campus premises, which raises questions about the institution's support systems.

Despite providing a valid sick note, I am still being instructed to write the supplementary examination. I kindly request clarification on this matter and a review of the decision.
