Refund not being processed bad communication

Horrible experience. I dropped out at beginning of the year they are yet to process the refund. Best if all the money that is with them that they need to give back is deducted each month for admin fees. And yes I get the account info but they don't process the refund. All they do is open a ticket and then send it around to different people and decide they have resolved it close it and never really do the work. Best of all now my emails do not go through. And they are sitting with R3000 they need to give back.
