Radio Silence on Administration - No Support

After weeks of calling and sending emails and trying to follow up on my ticket on the Q-Desk, I am seriously considering simply withdrawing from the university entirely. Before classes even began I requested that my studies be deferred by one year. The original ticket I submitted on the Q-Desk still has not been attended to.

It is incredibly frustrating that the distance learning administration team at the School of Education seems to be unable or even unwilling to sort this matter out.

This is disappointing, because I had heard very good things about STADIO as an institution from many people before I app****.
