Professionalism on attending queries

I was pretty hesitant in posting here more especially since I hardly complain but all my queries have never been resolved yet my result show a fail . Under canvas 61% 1st semester accounting eventually failed while there was a mistake said the lady I spoke too , second semester had a 64% eventually failed same thing . I called for both these marks was told my matter was going to be handled because the might be a mistake that never happened . Even went on as to email them issue never solved again .

I am really having a bad year with Stadio this year . The list is endless this year I do not want to lie , not sure if they do not want us to graduate or what's the case , but it's not pleasing at all.

My plea is merely just attend our queries we can't be stuck on a module due to college's neglent.
