Problematic and Unprofessional

It's been 2 years since I've enrolled and I'm beyond disappointed and fed up with this school. I'm basically paying a huge amount of money just to be treated horribly. I was told to pay for my stationery because it's compulsory(which I haven't received yet) and when I asked about the stationery and when will I receive it I'm being told that I will no longer receive it, mind you earlier this year I was told that they'll make an order for me to receive my stationery, so why am I paying for something that I'll not even receive. This is only one of the problems I had to deal with in terms of being in this school. They simply unprofessional and they don't even care about the students and their wellbeing.
