Private education with Government-Grade call centre.

Coursework wise (School of Law) I am pleased with the quality of content and chose Stadio as I believe in their academic/business model - HOWEVER - their admin leaves A LOT to be desired and is quite frankly disappointing.

- App****; paid; accepted; radio silence for 2+ weeks regarding registration. No issues, just 'forgot' to process it.

- Important query regarding my module registration - ignored. Going on 2 weeks now.

- Second query about my study material being sent to me - nothing.

- Not hopeful for smooth sailing past their finance department. The 1 star reviews look like invoices and payments are a nightmare.

The customer service function is central to any business... And the recipes to do it well are out there...

If Stadio wants to compete with the likes of top business schools and private institutions like Milpark, Regenesys, Akademia they can not expect students (many of which working professionals themselves) to deal with this whenever admin is due.

Really hope that someone will jump on this. And that they realise there is a growing trend online citing bad reviews about their admin.
