Postpone my application to first semester 2024 I am a new student

I hope this message reaches the right person. I am a new student and I have app**** to study with Stadio,I wanted to apply for 2024 first semester but I accidentally selected 2023 second semester.I’ve been trying to rectify this and no one is willing to help. I went to centurion branch on the 01/08/2023 and the receptionist gave me an email address for Dineo Maswangani who he promised she is the right person to assist I’ve been sending her emails and follow up emails everyday but no response.as a new student this a red flag for me if I can’t get assistance on this minor query I ,how can I trust registering with the school am even doubting to continue registering with this school
