Poor student support

I am compelled to express my dissatisfaction regarding the module LL400 (Advanced Labour Law). I successfully completed the first assignment; however, I did not pass the second written assignment. I have reached out multiple times to the lecturer through the portal to inquire about the reasons for my failure in assignment 2, particularly since it was an open book assessment. Unfortunately, I have not received any feedback or comments on my submission. The information I utilized for assignment 2 was derived from the Law Society study materials, and I ensured that my work was appropriately paraphrased. It is evident that, in the field of law, achieving a score below 50% is perplexing, especially since referencing legal acts tends to increase the plagiarism percentage. Additionally, I have taken the exam, which I also did not pass, and my calculations indicate that I scored only 16% on the exam paper, a result that is difficult for me to comprehend. I am particularly concerned about the lack of response from the lecturer to my inquiries, as they have repeatedly emphasized the module's difficulty rather than providing the necessary support for students to succeed. My experience in this module has been quite disappointing, especially in contrast to other lecturers who have been responsive to emails and have effectively prepared students for assignments and examinations.
