Poor services at stadio continues

Stadio have reply to me, i have received the email in the morning and they delegated someone to help me however the lady did not assist me or contact me, and my worry is soon i am writing n i need to prepare myself, i also called them today the whole day , there was no answer what confused me the lady who wrote a letter why did she not call me and help me with what i need, know that they have dele***ed someone to call me in the beginning n and no one did also her she said will come back to me in 72 hour in February 2025, i just see that stadio are disrespecting students, their services are going f own so badly. They are lot of thing that are not voing well, i also recieved an sms that my exam slip was sent however i have never received it either my email or student email.
