Poor service

The worst institution to study through! I have paid my account in full and yet my results are being withheld due to finances. I have been trying to get ahold of finance for the past 4 hours today and no one is available to assist. Eventually I spoke to a consultant and I was told that my payments have not been allocated yet the correct student number has been used. Because of this I now do not have access to my exam results. This institution causes undue stress on their students and I do not recommend studying here. Aside from this, one of our lecturers have passed on and there was no effort from the institution to get a replacement lecturer or a tutor for us, which once again has caused unnecessary stress on students and poor exam results for the majority.
