Poor Communication Skills

Stadio has become my daughter's worst nightmare. She's been calling them for several times without any response. No one is answering the phones or emails. Their service is very pathetic to say the least. She tried to get hold of the Teaching Practice Departmet to clear certain issues, and what bad is their is no Student Advisor appointed to her.
