Poor communication

I don't know why they release results this late in the year knowing that they will be closing for the festive season and won't respond to queries. They are quick to call you for their fees but when you try to call them you get nowhere. A few students, myself included, supposedly received 0 for an exam and are thus failing. I am not a genius but this feels very impossible as I did write my exam and I know for a fact I answered at least a few questions correctly. There were also mistakes with other results not being captured correctly. This is really not a good look for Stadio.
