Poor communication and service

I’m extremely disappointed in Stadio’s lack of communication and accountability. Despite paying the high tuition fees, I received no proper support when I had a Semester 1 exam clash. I was told both exams would be rescheduled for July but only received a date for one. I followed up multiple times about the second exam and to date I have gotten no response. I later found out from another student that the exam had already taken place without any official notice sent to me. This has directly impacted my academic progress. For a private university charging premium fees, this level of service is completely unacceptable.
