Poor Communication and Service

Very poor service from the student adviser to the admin and finance department. Don't waist your money with them as they are very unresponsive and highly unprofessional. Very poor communication even though they are a listed company....

Since escalating this matter to the Head of Campus, Barry Swain, I have received a response directly from him and he has given me the assurance that he will assist with resolving this matter. He has been very helpful.
