Poor communication and no feedback
I am writing to express my disappointment with STADIO. I have requested a remark, paid for it and it was simply added to my statement as a credit. After a month I didn't receive any feedback to date and no communication at all. Very unprofessional and I regret choosing STADIO as the institution for my postgraduate studies.
