PGCE distance learning

I cannot emphasise enough the terrible service offered by this institution. I am entering my second semester and am still sorting out issues from my first semester's registration period. This will definitely affect my ability to register for the second semester. That aside, I have submitted registration documents for the second semester weeks in advance but received an email today saying my documents were never received. It is impossible to get hold of anyone. No one responds to emails. Phones just ring and ring. After 17 calls I managed to finally get through to the registrar's office after which I was assured the issue would be sorted out within a few days. It is 3 months later and I am still sitting with the incorrect modules registered to my name.
