Paying for classes I have never received
Started my PGCE in 2022, after the 1st Semester, I did not had access to my email address. I am trying for the past two years to get Academic Advice, but to no success. I have an account of almost 27000r with no access to my classes. I have received five different people/opportunities that assisted me, but the process stops halfway through. How is it that you block(ed) access to my email account for two years, with no assistance, and now wants me to pay for classes I have never received. I am tired and need you to assist me.
