Not happy with Stadio's administration

No matter how many tickets I log or emails I send, I do not get a response. I have a slight suspicion that my profile is somewhat dormant - AGAIN. I don't even bother calling them anymore, as they always have "high call volumes" and then cut you off. I am very unhappy with my experience with Stadio's administration. They are swift to send SMSs when they need documentation or send payment reminders, but when you ask for assistance, it is as if talking into a void. I am waiting for my results and I am still waiting for confirmation of registration. You pay a ton of money for education, but they make it very difficult to get to the part where you can become educated. Not impressed.
