Nobody knows what going on ever!!!

I am totally at my wits end with Embury. Nobody answers phones. it is the 17th of February and there has been no communication regarding when the courses start and what is going on. Even student advisors are not sure when I speak to them. Emails are sent promising links and weeks go past with nothing. I received a link to buy books. The letters have deadlines that have already past in the year. Emails bounce back. And even when an email goes through its like writing to an imaginary friend. All I want from them now is my deposit back. I cannot work like this.
