No care, just money hungry and appalling admin!

Absolutely appalling institution and completely money hungry! Their admin has been ********** and I am now being down right harassed! I cancelled my studies at the beginning of the year before they had even begun due to becoming a single mom and moving countries. They took ages to confirm my withdrawal and I had to chase them up Multiple times before this was done. It was finally confirmed that I had been removed from the system and I thought all was well. Until Months later I start receiving letters of demand to pay the FULL tuition fee for the years study (over R36000!), never mind never seeing the Almost R2000 in registration and application fees that I had already lost. I have responded to them Multiple times to try rectify this, but not once have I had someone get back to me personally to sort it out - just more and more threats and letters of demand! There is no way I can fork out that money - I am unemployed and caring for two kids on my own. But nor should they demand it - I followed their procedures - and I did not attend their institution. And judging by the other reviews, I am not the first person to go through this! Be warned! Stadio do NOT have your best interests at heart! Rather take your business else where. I didn't even have this level of absurdity from UNISA!
