No assistance during change of qualification.

I am a returning student, having already obtained my BCom Law degree at STADIO. I have sent my request via email to change my qualification from LLB to PGCE on the 10th of July already.

Up to date, no one has responded to my emails, when I do get a hold of someone on the phone they are unable to assist me. My query was apparently escalated to a Senior Administrative Officer who is yet to send me feedback, after two whole weeks. Today alone, I have called more than five times, still no answer.

The new semester is literally starting Monday and Stadio Higher Education can just not be bothered. This is just ridiculous. Employ more people to assist during registration. We are paying students, the very least you can do is respond to emails. It is so frustrating having to deal with an institution that honestly shows little to no concern for its students or their needs.
