Module not showing when I registered it

I am so disappointed and frustrated. I withdrew a module in the first semester due to finances and as it was a semester module (End user), I then registered it second semester. An email was sent to me as proof of registration with all modules registered including end user. All assessments were showing on canvas and completed them all in due time. I received an email yesterday, stating that I have not completed the module. I don't understand how because I did all assessments and an email was sent to say I did register the module. And to my surprise, it doesn't even show on my statement, but rest assured, I did register for it and I have proof. It I didn't, it wasn't even gonna allow me to complete all assessments or even show on my canvas.
