Misleading Us via Marks

AM very disappointed with Stadio after the realized of Result they sent me an academic record showing I passed ETP and TP and I called them to unblock me on my stadio because I wanted to see my exam result, but they said they can't unblock me because they are moving us to Krugersdorp campus but they just send me the second academic Record that I passed all my module and the lady even said it that in their system it shows that I passed all my module. A few weeks later, my registration confirmation listed ETP and TP as SUPP which I was not aware of a. I called to ask for an explanation, and the lady said she would have someone call me back. Until now, no one has contacted me, and they keep on telling me they don't know they are transferring and someone called miss Bessier said they going to remark my script and want me to believe that i failed my exam out of the Blue, while it is impossible to even have TP Supp because it a non-exam module, I just submitted all the required documents for this module even did the I do Video that was Requested early before the due date, I feel like they’re tampering with my marks, and it’s incredibly frustrating because it like they are cooking them and feel like everything is about making money to them because know I have to accept everything they are going to give me and pay for the supp. if the record are recorded I will also like the record to be replay so that they can hear properly the person I was speaking to saying that i should not worry about seeing my exam mark because my academic record is stating the truth that i passed and will also provide the PoE.
