Major disappointment.
WAY WORSE than Unisa. I've been trying to reach their support team for over a week now. Their customer service is just non-existent. They just want to make money and not deliver! Really disappointed. I thought that because they are way more expensive than institutions like UNISA, that their service will be better... but it is way worse!
