Letter of registration for 2023, Transcripts and letter of completion not provided to students

We have been trying to get a letter of registration, transcript and letter of completion from Stadio for weeks now. Logging tickets, contact via phone, social media has not been successful. Students who completed their studies which they paid for are unable to register with SACE in order to get a teaching job! Graduation is only in May. So these students can't use their Qualifications until after graduation. Unacceptable
