Lack of proper administration and management

Absolutely disappointing how bad the administration is. I am in the process of deferring my studies (not even cancelling), and i’ve called STADIO on multiple with no pick ups. I reached out to my “student advisor”, whereby he told me that he’ll send me the documents needed - it has been almost three weeks and i’ve been ignored and not helped. it got so bad that i had to email one of my lectures for help (keep in mind im a distance learning student, so it makes everything so much more difficult). it is so disheartening that there’s no help available when needed and students are left with so much stress because of the lack of management. if i don’t receive any help i would unfortunately just have to stop studying, and apply at a new institution
