Lack of Communication and Unprofessionalism

I have to share my utter dismay and disappointment regarding the severe lack of communication from this institution as well as unprofessionalism from its staff members. I app**** for a Bcom Law degree which was funded on a Bursary from my company in 2023, I was exempted from a few modules due to my previous studies at another institution and I am scheduled to graduate this year as I completed all of my modules required. In the second semester of 2023 they communicated that the syllabus has changed and they will be introducing new modules however, all the students that registered in the first semester will remain on the old syllabus and need not complete the newly introduced, I have this confirmation of proof in writing from the institution itself. Fast forward to the end of my final year in 2024, I receive my exam results as well as my academic recordwhich clearly states "Total Credits obtained: 400, Minimum credits required for Bachelor of Commerce inLaw:400". This to me clearly indicates that I have achieved the minimum requirements that's needed to complete the degree. In the new year many of my fellow students received their letters of completion, however I was not one of them, I waited a while to see if they would maybe send out my letter by the end of the week, but still nothing, at this stage I was stressing because my Company with whom I have a bursary is requesting this document from me. I then sent an email to the graduation department, who then advised that I did not complete a module called EUC (which was one of the new modules that was introduced in the new curriculum of which I was advised that I do not need to complete), they escalated the matter and it's been two weeks without any feedback, someone by the name of Lizzy Maluleka was promised to give me a call, but I'm yet to receive one, even after my 8 emails to her, she has not even acknowledged one of my mails to date. This is placing me in an extremely precarious situation because I am not getting any feedback from anyone that works at Stadio and I am unable to advise my company on the progress of this matter. I demand urgent feedback, it cannot take someone two weeks call back.
