Lack of assistance from registration to finance

I have sent so many emails with regards to my subject selection for this year that I need clarity with.

I have completed a Higher certificate course in Management last year and would like to obtain my diploma in Management (Project Management) starting 2022. However, I have noted that there are subjects that I am going to repeat this year which I need to be excluded from my 2022 application and proforma invoice that my company will be paying. I have been assisted by Lizzy Maluleka who only ever rep**** once to mails and then handed me over to Nomsa Sithole which I can see she has not even read the mail from Lizzy because she responded to something that was not even referred to.

As a returning student, how can the process be streamlined if no one is willing to assist you? I had the option of going to another institution but I opted to wait for Stadio because of the brilliant service I received last year.

I have asked for a proforma invoice as well for the entire Diploma course, but for the below reasons need only the subjects that I will be doing this year included:

I need to verify however if the MAN001 course and MAN100 are the same? If so, this will be excluded from my 1st year?

Business Communication I (BCU100) and Business Law I (BLA100) as per my Academic record, I have passed this will also be excluded?

For my 1st year my subject selection is the following: Project Management I (POM100) Human Resource Management I (HRM100) (20) May I include 2nd year subjects: Management Practice II (MAN200) Marketing Management I (MAR100) End User Computing (EUC100) To complete 5 modules required?
