Krugersdorp Campus - refuses to assist a student, rude consultants who transfer calls and will not provide any assistance.

I don't even know where to begin with this institution. First of all, their lines are always busy and when you finally get through, they transfer you. they have the worst and most unkind consultants who refuse to help. Whether you are a new or returning student they do not care, I have requested a tax invoice so that my Bursary can pay them, i am still waiting, despite countless efforts to get the tax invoice. No one wants to help. Another thing is that i have tried to set up my email and struggling, i reached out to the IT department and they transferred me again, now i cant access important mails that are very important to my studies. Their Canvas app is the worst thing because as a student you dont get all your mails from there, so you have to access your student emails another way. It is almost as if they dont want me to study there. They will not assist with anything at all, and when i try to get assistance, they are rude. I should have went to MANCOSA, i am now at my wits ends and considering just trying another institution, they dont want my Bursary payment, because if they did, they would send us the Tax invoice, and if they had An IT department willing to assist they would help me with my student email. They dont care, so if you want to study at stadio think twice. they are actively mistreating students and wont help. I have never been so frustrated to pay and intsitution and set up a student mail, IT is the worst. This is the Krugersdrop campus, terrible service, rude staff. its just not worth the stress to study there.
