Issue is not resolved nearly a year now !!

I, once again have to escalate my situation to Hello Peter, because I am not getting any assistance from Stadio officials, background of the current situation I have de-registered my study application the day of the first semester because I was pushed to an end of Contract at my former workplace during my postpartum recovery period, came as an surprise and devastating reality, I then followed the procedure on the qdesk of withdrawal process, in the terms and conditions of Stadio withdrawal of studies before the 14 day registration period and after the 14 day period there are percentage calculated for a refund, also in the terms and conditions it does not say if you de-register at start of semester or any period thereafter you are then liable for the entirety of the school year. Upon my previous emails thereafter from Stadio they then requested private and confidential information stipulating I'm unemployed and the medical review from my GP, to provide as evidence for my de-registration, I then followed their requests submitted the documents and now I'm being told that I must pay the full year because the terms and conditions say ' you liable ' now they are going back on what we discussed and reviewed to the terms and conditions! I feel like this is ******* and I'm being bul**** by Stadio to pay for a full year of studies whilst not working as a single Mum and they were notified early in the school year, this is unprofessional they have no empathy and unable to correlate the demographics of my situation asking me to make payments and monthly sending me bills I notified them at the start of this year and this issue is not resolved it's now going for the end of the year and making my credit score bad adding to me not finding work, I will advise anyone not to consider distance studying with Stadio they are not for the people, it took alot for me to start studying late in my professional career and to switch careers and follow my passion and dream for teaching and with the carpet pulled from with under me, my passion and dream has turned into a Stadio nightmare, if anyone can help me from Stadio genuinely care for my situation please help.
