IS IT REALLY THAT DIFFICULT TO GET THINGS DONE?

I have app**** for the distance learning of Foundation Phase, I app**** the moment that the application were available, at first there had been some complications, on their side, so it took a while for my application to even begin the registration process. My student advisor that I had, had sent me ONLY contact learning information. I have sent in all my documents and completed forms over and over to so many different people, and they still say that I have information that is outstanding. I am still not able to buy my books since my registration is STILL NOT complete, classes have already started, where I have not received any link or information about my course, but I had to pay all my fees immediately so that I can start studying, now its already a month since I've done my part, and still am I not able to attend my classes. I have already waited almost a week and a half for an email that I was supposed to receive at the end of the day. It is so difficult to even get in a phone call with the DL department. Please, this is pathetic, all I want is to able to start studying.
