Impossible to Contact

A nightmare to try get a hold of for anything important, whether its as a student or as a graduate, or sponsor. You can email, call or create as many tickets as you can and you STILL wont get any response from them. Digital platforms are unresponsive or poorly managed. The only way to get their attention is physically being in their office - which they would still send you up and down the on a wild goosechase just for an answer. I need to get my documents verified and as a postgrad I feel disappointed in their service delivery. I have a deadline to meet for qualification assessments and they are being very unhelpful. Does anyone know who I can contact for Stadios Office or Registrar - it's rather urgent.
