Horrible service!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been trying to register since July 6 for my second semester, as I wanted to obtain my books and other materials so that I could start sooner rather than later. Receiving incorrect information about my modules, I then followed the same person who had helped me on Q Desk, only to have her close the ticket after she said she would keep it open to finalise. Receiving incorrect information. I could not even order my books because the consultant provided incorrect information. Then the consultant goes on leave, and nothing happens. NO response at all. And don't try calling, because you'll waste money being put on hold. Being a distance learner is such a disadvantage. Invisible student. This is the only choice for most who are trying to make a better life through further education, but at STADIO, it's really out of sight, out of mind. The admission makes it so difficult! Just answer your phone or even call back after a message is left?

Such terrible service from the Q desk. I've asked numerous times for an email or contact number to receive help and to view my complaints from the 'help' I received from the Q desk. And obviously, nothing! It leaves such a sour taste in your mouth for this institution, and it's not fair, as the lecturers are phenomenal! Honestly, STADIO has won hands down. So, why do you keep dropping the ball with your horrific Q desk support? If I had been helped properly, I would have had my books already, so I could review them. It's almost the end of July, and I still wait!

Let's see if this helps us get help from anyone at SATDIO, or if it will be a regular, automatic, generic response...
