Horrible feedback from Stadio

I have been asking for assistance from Stadio. I had been working hard on my PGCE as I have had to pay for my studies on my own. I received my results 3 days after we were told marks would be released. I passed all my modules and this one in particular I did not receive anything below 62%. I was confident I did well and I received my marks and saw that I missed the pass mark by 5. I was shocked and immediately asked for a remark or feedback. I live 90 minutes away from the venue that Stadio wants me to write at for the supp. I am still waiting for feedback. I feel that I am being neglected and not given a fair chance to query my marks. It's just surprising as in the other exam I managed to get 74% and that was a week later. I honestly thought that here I was more than just a number to them.
