HORRIBLE Client service and IT support!!!!

Horrible- horrible client service from the Krugersdorp campus, from they way they answer the phone as if they`ve been sleeping and when transferring your call they just put it through wherever they feel like it. As a distance learner there is absolute no support from their HORRIBLE IT Support, I`ve waisted money on the long calls only only to have the phone hung up with no one picking up, I`ve sent emails to no response and this is with regards to assignment submission. Next thing if I fail I`ll have to pay more money to redo the course. I am infuriated by their service
