HORRIBLE

WORST college ever. They do not assist student quries. They have the worst ticket logging system. Seems like no one wants to work or either they don't know what they're doing. Tickets do not get answered. Phones do not get answered, and when they do answer they end the call in your ear. I thought coming to this college would be better than dealing with UNISA, but honestly they're customer service is WORSE. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE place to study.
