Highly disappointed and irate

I am a student at Stadio and my registration has been a nightmare as I struggle to get the assistance I need and deserving especially that I have al has paid full registration already.

I am not a well functioning student as my modules have not been loaded to this day.I cannot log onto the student portal ECI where I am able to do quizzes,assignments and school related work.

I have been placed at a disadvantage as I am missing out on submissions and assignment deadlines where I fully paid registration but other students are ahead of me as they are working on the school work.

I also am being placed on part time for two year course whereas I registered for distant learning option for one year and I had tried to escalate this but they keep ignoring my queries.

Please help me as I tried to escalate but they keep ignoring queries and you are my only hope for me to get assisted.
