I am writing to formally express my concern and dissatisfaction regarding the incorrect module registration that has directly impacted my academic progress and is now causing a delay in my graduation and additional costs.

At the beginning of the second Semester 2024, I was advised and subsequently registered for PMB301 instead of the correct course POM301, which is a mandatory requirement for the completion of my degree program. I followed the registration process based on the guidance provided by the department, and it was only recently brought to my attention that this registration error has jeopardized my ability to graduate on time. I was also informed that there was another outstanding module that was also left out, which is INF152. Had I not called the school regarding a bursary I was awarded for, I was going to sit and wait for my graduation ceremony next month in October 2024. I am now rushing to complete assignments which are due on the 20th of September 2024, I will not get any extension, I only received my study material last week.

This error is now causing a significant delay in my graduation process and I cannot apply for better posts at work because of this delay, leaving me unable to complete my degree requirements as scheduled. I have always aimed to meet my academic requirements within the stipulated time frame, and this unfortunate situation has been a considerable setback.

I kindly request an urgent review of this matter. I seek the department's support to explore possible solutions, such as arranging a special session for the course, waiving the requirement if possible, or finding an alternative means to fulfill the requirement without further delay. I am willing to discuss any alternatives that the department may consider appropriate to resolve this issue promptly.

I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your prompt response. My academic progress and timely graduation are extremely important to me, and I am hopeful that with your assistance, we can find a resolution to this matter.
