Follow up my complains about stadio

I am so frustrated with the stadio they keep apologizing, n they do nothing to assist me, from in the morning calling them and they are not answering, i been promised to be called yesterday before i knock off now is 1:50, no email or call i am so disappointed stress on top of that i cant even take study leave because they haven't sent me the documents, these is a very poor services, i dont know who is a leadership, but what is helping is very very not good, i wonder the department higher of education, will allow students to be treated like these, i wonder if is these happening to me or are othets having these problems with stadio
