Financially Blocked yet I have a student loan which was referred by the finance department of the institution

I am so upset. Been calling their line since the 12th of December and no one is answering their calls.All I wanted was for them to unblock me as I have been continuously communicating with their finance that as much as Manati has not paid all the fees I can still view and get my results.To my surprise I cannot even register as it says I am financially blocked.I do not even see the point of leaving a message via a call because they wont call back.Sent a message on q-desk and as usual they will respond when Jesus comes back.I really need to see my pgce results.I do not recommend anyone going to this institution in terms of administration
