Finance department ridiculous

Once again , im having an issue. I registered for 2nd semester . Paid registration fees.

I was then told they can't register me because I owe more than R3000. What nonsense.

My statement has a credit balance !

The semester starts next week and im not registered. Is there something wrong with this university ?
