FINANCE DEPARTMENT BAD SERVICE

I have been registered since the 12th July 2025 and I have been requesting for a statement of account to finance department at STADIO since the 14th July 2025 and i was advised to wait for 72 hours as turnaround time, until today i have not received assistance and instead now my emails are being ignored by their Finance department and I need this statement so I could send it to bursaries at work to pay for my studies during second semester. I have been emailing finance department and there is no assistance and the bursaries is requesting this statement for 2nd semester modules and the last day is the 31st July 2025. I am very disappointed in this kind of service from STADIO. you are chasing away clients and most government departments are advising us to register with you but the service is so bad. Students are now getting tired of this kind of service and we are now reporting this to our employers because they are the ones paying for us.
