Fees paid but still no results disgusting treatment

Disgraceful service. My 2024 fees are settled in full and my outstanding amount on a debit order as per arrangement with management Mr Swart. I pay religiously every month and still no results. I spoke to a Mr Erasmus at the campus he is so damn rude. Treats people like damn ********s. He would not even check the payments on the account after I sent proof it's paid. I have paid I am still paying religiously but still no results. How must I prepare going forward. I want my results your account is paid.
