Extremely disappointed with Stadio(Wrong Results & No Refund)

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Stadio. 1.I have not received my TP701 Teaching Practice results because Stadio claims I “did not write,” despite the fact that I attended all my practicals and submitted every required document. Teaching Practice is not a written module, yet I have been told there is “no sit-in” for it, which makes no sense. 2.I made full payment for my semester 2 fees on 30 July, yet it took over 20 days for Stadio to release my results and even then, they were incorrect. I sent multiple emails during this time, but only received late and unhelpful responses. 3.I also paid all my outstanding fees (even more than required for the first semester) and requested a refund for the overpayment. It has been more than 21 days since I requested this refund, and I have still not received it. Instead, Stadio delayed the process and even added second semester modules to my account, despite me clearly stating that I will only pay for those later in the year. I explained that I urgently need this refund to purchase my books and study materials, but every response takes 7 days or more, with no resolution.

This level of inefficiency and lack of support is unacceptable. I fulfilled all my responsibilities as a student attended practicals, submitted documents, and paid my fees yet I am being treated unfairly. I am still waiting for my refund and for my TP701 results to be corrected.
