Exceptional Customer Service from Reagen Maharaj
Good day
I intended to post this response a while ago but must apologize for doing this late. I just want to compliment your student recruitment officer, Reagen Maharaj on the exceptional service that he provided to me on the 27/05/2023 when i brought my son for the open day event. Reagen went beyond of what was expected in advising us and assisting with the application process. He always checked up if there was anything else he could assist or help with after we received the acceptance letter. I must truly say I was taken aback by the service Reagen provided as customer service is something that is rarely received now days. Please pass this compliment to Reagen Maharaj.
