Embury chasing the buck and failing students

No help for a student from teacher or head of department. Embury is so worried about the buck that they are happy to let students fail subjects without ensuring fair recourse. I am an average 70% student, but I am failing a subject because, t the teacher is bias, she gave us a zero score because she could not open a link. I asked for help from management, and they simply told me that it was my fault. Embury will be happy if I fail, this is why they do not act because then I can pay to redo a subject even if I did the work to pass such a pathetic subject.
