Disgusting attitude of staff

Friday 18/01/2018 - I had the unfortunate experience of being interrogated like some sort of ******** by one of the staff members at the LISOF campus in Blairgowrie, whilst waiting patiently in line with one of my family members to complete their registration. All the other staff were pleasant and helpful, yet this woman in the accounts department, whose name I'll neglect to mention, but will add that she was Indian, and myself being Indian was disgusted by her lack of ethics and utter rudeness towards myself and aforementioned family member. I'm completely disappointed that the other staff members sat by and said nothing to this woman who felt the need to ask me rude and unnecessary personal questions and brush off my answers with more rude inquiries before I was done speaking. What a terrible experience at a "prestigious" school of fashion such as this one, not considering that there are numerous fees that were paid before the registration, but we were treated like some kind of random person off the street who had no business being there. I arrived yesterday, Tuesday 30/01/2018, and angrily had to witness the same woman going off on said family member and friend for their student cards not functioning with the revolving door - and observed them being shouted at and questioned and as to whether they were using someone else's card ??? Cards that were paid for, with the students picture printed onto it ??? Surely this can't be a students fault. I'd appreciate it if this matter could be dealt with as soon as possible, and this member of staff could be made to see the error of her ways instead of continuing on this unnecessary power trip, which proves nothing except the fact that she's just a bully to students who have paid a LARGE amount of money to study there and should experience a pleasant learning environment at the very least.

(Relation to the family member has been left out as victimization is a reality in such institutes when complaints have been made)
