Disappointing service

Can someone please assist me get registered in this institution, I have submitted everything but have not been registered. everytime I must either go to the campus if I need feedback on the status of my application which does not make sense. Andrishen as appointed to be the one assisting me but he does not even respond to my emails I have to go see him personally if I need to be assisted. I app**** November 2020 but this has not been finalised as yet and the classes are to resume beginning of April.
