Disappointing private institution
This won’t change current circumstances but hopefully it will prevent others from the mistake of registering as a distance learner with Stadio. I’m very disappointed. Stadio is a private institution that we pay a lot of money to attend. The administration is **********, I app**** and was approved for a second opportunity for assignments, they were suppose to communicate a date for me to submit the assignment, after following up multiple times, they finally got back to me and said I missed it. Last year they forgot to register me for a module, so I’ve had to carry the module over to this year and the extra stress is overwhelming.
As students who started our degree during covid, we have never experienced university exams and the standards. We have 2 exams this semester, we were assured we would be thoroughly prepared. The first exam caused unnecessary stress due to Stadios poor planning. There was not enough space in the venue, students were transported to different venues and some students wrote the exam outside on picnic tables. The invigilators were not prepared and very disruptive. The exam conditions were unprofessional and I expected better from a private institution. There’s a long list of many bad experiences from this university and I do not recommend enrolling.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the disappointment. We have escalated your complaint to be investigated. The School of Education will make direct contact with you to resolve your matter soonest possible.
Sincerely,
The STADIO Team
