Disappointing Experience with STADIO

I registered at STADIO 2024.... Centurion Campus. Paid the registration fee and the deposit. But due to personal issues that I was facing at that time I couldn't come and start attending my orientation and start attending my lectures. They contacted me and I informed them about the situation that I won't be able to make it for the year and then I asked to defer to the next year which is 2025 and then they told me that it would be possible but they didn't send me the deferment form at the earliest time so that I can fill it in and submit it. I got the form later around June when they called me again then I explain again as to why I won't be able to make it for. I filled it in and submitted it. Did a follow up but there was no response then I sent the form again then I was told I submitted it late. Now they are holding me liable for my 2024 fees. How am I supposed to pay for the whole fees when I didn't even attend any of my classes. Never done anything related to school work. There is no record that I was attending or submitted any assignments. So how is it possible that I owe the institution when I only paid the deposit at the beginning of the year last year and did report that I won't be able to study for 2024. Now it's 2025 I'm unable to register because I was told I have outstanding fees which does not make any sense to me. How do I pay for something that I didn't even attend to it would have been better if I attended and failed the modules then I would know what I'm actually paying for but right now I don't.
